According to the police reporter of Fars news agency, the head of the Greater Tehran Intelligence Police announced the arrest of a man who was wanted by other judicial authorities in the provinces.

Col. Ali Valipour Guderzi, explaining this news, said: “Early this year, a young man approached the police and claimed that a man went to his shop and selected some audio equipment and with the intention of buying, prepared a proforma invoice and took the card number and deposited the money for the goods.” He received the comment and left the shop, but after some time his bank account was blocked and with the follow-up it was found that the bank account was blocked by a court order from one of the southern cities of the country.

The head of the Tehran Intelligence Police added: With the complaint of the shopkeeper, the agents of the anti-counterfeiting and fraud team of the 8th Police Intelligence Base started an investigation and later it was determined that the perpetrator of this phone fraud was by placing different ads on the websites selling goods and carrying out fraudulent actions. He deceived people and by making false promises in connection with the sale of valuable property below the expert price, he received significant funds from Shakat and then went to stores, gold shops, etc. with bank cards in the names of other people and the funds He used to buy salable goods without leaving a trace.

Detective Gudarzi stated: In their investigations, the detectives managed to identify the accused’s car and by inquiring about the license plate, they obtained the identity of the fraudulent man named Afshin.

The head of Tehran Intelligence Police said: The accused was later admitted to serial frauds under the title of awarding radio and television programs, Ma’arif Radio, placing advertisements on the websites selling goods, and the investigation regarding the accused is ongoing.
