According to the Mehr news agency, quoting the information base of the cabinet office, “Mohammad Mokhber”, the first vice president, announced the executive note of Note (2) of Article (4) of the Law on Establishment of the Public Disaster Insurance Fund on how to identify owners of low-income housing units. .
The Council of Ministers, in its meeting dated March 22, 2014, and in implementation of the ruling set forth in Note (2) of Article (4) of the Law on the Establishment of the Public Natural Disaster Insurance Fund, approved the executive regulations of this note, including how to identify owners of low-income housing units. کرد.
Pursuant to the above-mentioned by-laws, all beneficiaries are exempted from paying their share of the basic premium subject to the law establishing the Public Insurance Fund for Natural Disasters, in the order determined in this by-law, and their share is from the credits mentioned in Article (10). The law regulating part of the government’s financial regulations and credits subject to Articles (16) and (17) of the country’s crisis management law shall be provided and paid.
Also, Imam Khomeini Relief Committee (RA) and the Welfare Organization of the country are obliged to provide information and details of the owners of the residential units under their coverage according to the national code within one month after the notification of this bylaw and once a year (up to the end of June each year). The owner and the postal code of the residential unit with legal electricity branch and the specific code of the electricity branch of the residential unit should be announced online to the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare.
The Ministry of Energy is also obliged to cooperate with the National Post Company of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the State Property and Deeds Registration Organization within three months after the notification of this bylaw and once a year (up to the end of June each year) information and specifications of residential unit owners. Separate the owner’s national code and the postal code of the residential unit with legal electricity branch and the specific code of the electricity branch of the residential unit online to the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare.
The Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare is obliged, based on the information received from the above-mentioned agencies, to classify and identify those covered by this regulation by the end of July each year, along with the national decile of the owner and the postal code of the owner and the postal code of the legally divided housing unit. Send the electricity and the special branch code of the residential unit online to the Public Insurance Fund for Natural Disasters of the building, and the fund is obliged to receive the list of beneficiaries in accordance with the allocated credits provided in the annual budget proposed by the Central Insurance of Iran. Within one month, to take the necessary measures in order for the beneficiaries to benefit from the exemption subject to this regulation.
