Theater News Base: The call for the photography section of the 4th Kish National Short Theater Festival has been published, and the applicants for the submitted photos must be exclusively related to the 4th Kish National Theater Festival.

Each photographer can send a maximum of 3 photos in color or black and white in each section.

The results of the theater photography competition will be announced at the closing ceremony of the festival, and in both sections, the winners will be awarded prizes including statuettes, honorary diplomas and cash prizes.

The art of photography is one of the few artificial tools of human hands that has been able to penetrate into the lives of all human beings despite its not so long life and find a special place. Especially in the present age, when modern technologies have made photography so easy that everyone, young and old, can easily produce relatively complete images without much effort. However, the spiritual and content aspects of photographs depend more on the precise and ideological view of individuals than on advanced tools.

Participation in this competition is free for all people and applicants can participate in two sections.

1. Performance photography contest

۲. Behind-the-scenes photography competition (events during the performance)

Terms and Conditions:

1. All artists and photography enthusiasts can participate in both sections of the competition, and mobile photography is also accepted.

۲. The submitted photos must be exclusively related to the 4th Kish National Theater Festival.

3. Each photographer can send a maximum of 3 photos in color or black and white in each section.

4. Photo editing is only allowed to the extent of color, light, sharpness and framing by the software or the existing features of the camera, and moving the image elements or combining several photos with each other will not be accepted by the secretariat.

5. The photo file must be submitted in JPG format with appropriate quality and a maximum capacity of 2 MB to the festival secretariat. (It is better to have a 2400 pixel image size on a large side with a resolution of 300dpi)

6. Submitted photographs must be free of any markings, including the logo, name, passport and signature of the owner.

7. All material and intellectual rights of the works belong to the owners of the photographs, and if the photograph is sent by another person or persons and it is verified by the secretariat, the photograph or photographs in question will be removed from the judges’ judgment.

8. The organizer reserves the right to use the selected photos by mentioning the name of the photographer for printing in books and brochures, as well as arranging exhibitions in or outside the country, provided that the full name of the festival is also mentioned.

The Secretariat is also allowed to use the photos in line with the visual identity of the festival, while retaining the name of the photographer.

9. Completing the company form and sending a photo to the secretariat constitutes acceptance of the rules by the participant.

The results of the theater photography competition will be announced at the closing ceremony.

In both categories, the winners will be awarded prizes including statuettes, honorary diplomas and cash prizes.

Description:

Interested loved ones from all over Iran can attend this section, but the festival secretariat has no obligation to provide participants with plane tickets and hotels.
