Mahmoudzadeh explained: The Ministry of Roads and Urban Development has submitted a letter to the Central Bank for the problems of banks in paying facilities and in that letter presented its criticisms about the banks’ quota for facilities and facilities in payment conditions to the Central Bank and we hope it will be implemented soon. .

“We have made arrangements for the applicants who signed the contract in the second half of this year when the re-registration of the mortgage loan is extended,” he said.

Mahmoudzadeh explained that more than 340,000 people have been introduced to the banking system so far: 1.2 million applicants have registered and about 340,000 applicants have uploaded their documents and 17,000 people have received housing deposit facilities.

Mahmoudzadeh stated: The site is not a problem, but because the information is entered at the same time as the registration, the admission portal and the number of entries are limited, and we have written to remove these restrictions, because at the moment when entering and registering information, the Civil Registration Organization The Ministry of Roads then checks the information, which slows down the process.

“If the number of entries is lifted, these problems will be solved,” he said.
