The defeat of “Brimanloo” in the selection of the national team of Kurash / the winners were determined



According to IRNA; The in-camp competitions of the Kurash national team to participate in the Hangzhou Asian Games were held at the National Olympic Academy.

The following results were obtained in this competition, which was held in the presence of the four weightlifters:

In the 66 kg weight category, which was attended by Ramin Ahmadzadeh, Elias Pakdel, Ali Mohammadi-Berimanloo and Qasem Nourizadeh, Ramin Ahmadzadeh managed to defeat three Asian medalists and the title holder of this discipline. In this weight, Qasem Nourizadeh was second and Elias Pakdel was third.

In the 81kg category, the top three contenders, who won medals at the Jakarta Asian Games, also faced off. In this weight, Elias Ali Akbari with the defeat of Omid Tiztek and Mohammad Mohammadi-Barimanloo with authority was in the first place and Omid Tiztek with the defeat of Mohammad Mohammadi-Barimanloo was in the second place. The defeat of Brimanloo, who won a bronze medal in world judo and a bronze medal in the Jakarta Asian Games, was a strange result. It seems that Brimanloo, who has been traveling between Judo and Kurash for the past two years, has to make a serious decision to continue his championship sport and choose between Judo and Kurash.

In the 90 kg weight category, Sadegh Azarang defeated Massoud Ghooi of Iran’s golden arm to take first place in the Asian Kurash Championship, and Massoud Ghooi Bazoo defeated Javad Moradi to take second place.

In the 90+ kg weight category, Ebrahim Qajar lost to Farzin Shahbaz and Alireza Sajjadifar to the first place with authority, and Shahbaz lost to Sajjadifar to the second place.

In this way, the following people will start their training in the fourth stage of the arrows for 10 days from tomorrow (Friday) May.
