1. 2. Following the meeting of benefactors with the honorable president and the negotiations and discussions of the meeting regarding systematizing the issues in the field of charity and planning to solve them, on the need for the serious presence of veterans, experts and activists in this field in order to accurately identify the issues and provide solutions Effective and scientific was emphasized.

3. In view of the existence of issues and challenges in the field of good governance and implementation obstacles and legal loopholes in this area, identifying and prioritizing issues as well as identifying the capabilities and capacities effective in improving the performance of charitable and philanthropic institutions in the country and taking advantage of scientific and experimental capacities , legal and governance of the country is suggested to facilitate and improve the existing environment in the field of charity affairs.

4. Considering the role of charity and philanthropy in improving the social situation, it is expected that relevant institutions will take necessary and facilitating measures in order to speed up the licensing processes and other processes related to the activities of these institutions in the society.

5. Regarding the importance of cultural building in the field of promoting good and motivating people in the society and encouraging them to participate in the efforts of all members of the society, especially the youth, in various affairs of the society, relevant institutions such as education and training, radio and television, the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance Islamic Propaganda Organization, Command for Good and Prohibition of Evil, Ministry of Science, Research and Technology and other related institutions should pay more attention to the production of specialized content suitable for the target audience and the general public.

6. Holding annual festivals and exhibitions in order to encourage social activists and volunteers and honor veterans and represent the achievements of benefactors in various social fields such as health and treatment, development of development infrastructure, social welfare, etc. should be given serious attention in cooperation with relevant institutions.

7. The production of knowledge and scientific and research activities in the field of charity and philanthropy was emphasized by emphasizing the creation of think tanks and institutions active in this field to produce and publish content such as compiling educational books for students and creating university courses in this field.

8. In the legislative field, it was emphasized on the comprehensive law to support charitable institutions and people’s organizations and the definition of a comprehensive document for the coordination of all components of governance to solve tax and insurance problems and other laws required by them.

10. It was emphasized on the establishment of city councils in the provinces by following the province’s benefactors’ council.

11. Yazd province was appointed as the designated province of South Khorasan province and meetings are coordinated between the two provinces.
