In an interview with Fars reporter, Atie Tek Tehrani, director of the research department of the Iranian Cheetah Association, confirmed this news and said: According to the pictures that have been sent to the association by the regional director, and comparing it with the registered samples, this cheetah is one of the marking cheetahs. has not been known in Turan region.

Pointing out that the photo of the carcass did not match any of the images recorded by the telephoto cameras in this area, he said: this news, despite being sad, can also be hopeful, that there are still undetected wolverines in Turan and other free areas of our country. Live.
