He continued: “Lawyers should write and help to expand legitimate freedoms. Legitimate freedoms are recognized in our constitution, and lawyers should write, criticize and question in order to explain and expand legitimate freedoms.” An important duty of the judiciary is to fight corruption, and lawyers and experts should help the judiciary in this field, because social justice and the fight against corruption are necessary and necessary for each other.

Mossadeq further stated: When it is said that a lawyer means the implementation of social justice in the society, and we need brave lawyers in the society today, who ask questions wisely and fairly and insist on the implementation of justice.

The first vice president of the Judiciary continued to emphasize the use of capable and expert managers in the Judiciary Lawyers Center across the country and considered this as a necessity for the transformation of the center’s structure. Mossadegh named the strengthening of the lawyer institution as one of the important programs of the judiciary and continued: “A comprehensive lawyer law must be drafted, and the center must serve as a civil legal institution, and parallel work is not desirable.” He added: I am happy that the tension between the Center and the Bar Association is very low and this process can turn into cooperation. He stated that we are looking for a law to be enacted in a certain period of time to define all matters related to advocacy while maintaining the independence of the advocacy institution and the independence of the lawyer in a comprehensive law.
