The first deputy of the Judiciary: Unilateral sanctions violate human rights

According to Fars news agency, citing the public relations center of the first deputy of the judiciary; On the sidelines of the 17th meeting of the heads of the Supreme Court of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization member states in Dushanbe, the capital city of Tajikistan, Hojatul-Islam Wal-Muslimeen Mohammad Mossadegh, the first deputy of the Judiciary, met and talked with the President of the Supreme Court of Kyrgyzstan, Mr. Zamirbek Bazabekov.
In this meeting, which was held in a friendly atmosphere and with the presence of the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Mohammad Taghi Saberi, and the political and judicial authorities of the two countries, the parties acknowledged the very good political and economic relations between them and reviewed the latest agreements and judicial legal documents concluded in the following. Issues such as the quantitative and qualitative growth of legal and penal cooperation, the transfer of convicts, the extradition of criminals, were examined and they emphasized the exchange of judicial experiences.
While emphasizing the necessity of bilateral cooperation in the field of protection and promotion of human rights and human dignity, the first vice president of the judiciary considered the illegal and oppressive sanctions imposed by the United States against our country as a gross violation of human rights.
The head of the Supreme Court of Kyrgyzstan pointed out that thirty years have passed since the independence of the Kyrgyz Republic and that the Islamic Republic of Iran has recognized the independence of Kyrgyzstan from the very beginning, and that there have always been good relations between the two countries during these three decades, expressing his satisfaction with this meeting. He was pleased and, emphasizing the readiness for judicial cooperation, invited the first deputy of the judiciary to visit his country.
