Referring to some other problems in the field of the Ministry of Interior, Darvishian said: “One of the harms in this field is the non-implementation of the approvals of the Security Council, which should be given more attention.” The public transport fleet is also one of the serious injuries that must be included in the plans of the Ministry of Interior. The ineffectiveness of the actions of the country’s social council is another problem that needs to be reconsidered.

“Unfortunately, the budget law does not provide the necessary credit for the unavoidable expenses of the governorates, especially in the busiest provinces, which makes the governorates seek the help of the municipalities to cover the current expenses, or in ways not foreseen in the law,” he said. Solve the problem of their expenses, which is a disadvantage. There was a time when an out-of-budget budget was intended for the governorates, which has now been removed and is deviating from the law.

The head of the National Inspection Agency also said: “Another problem in this area is the non-issuance of several million national smart cards and the delay of the people in the Civil Registration Organization.” Finally, you have to think of a solution to this problem.
