According to the report of financial news, quoted by the General Department of Public Relations of Post Bank of Iran, Shiri, the CEO of Post Bank of Iran, on Thursday, July 15 this year, during a one-day trip to Qom province, in addition to inaugurating the headquarters building of the branch management of this province, in three meetings, the administrative council , the bank’s board of directors and the third event took place on your time with the presence of the officials of the rural bank branches.

In the meeting of the Qom Province branch management council, Shiri pointed out that growth at any level, whether in the country or in the organization, should have indicators and be measurable, and said: The bank’s resources have grown by 70% in the past year, which is related to the indicators of income, profit, and loss. And… it can be measured, but the concept of development cannot be measured with numbers.

The highest executive officer of the bank further stated that Iran Post Bank has grown in all banking indicators since 1397 and 1401, and stated: To understand the concept of development in the bank, we must have more depth and look at the organizational culture, discourse and work plan. How much has it changed compared to the last five years?

Emphasizing that the bank has specific plans for each part of the organization, he continued: These plans show organizational development and have brought the bank to its current peak.

The CEO of the bank considered having material tools as a part of development and added: The integrated banking system has improved performance compared to the past, which shows that we have developed in this sector.

Stating that all standards must be observed in the changes, and if these changes are realized, we will achieve development at the same time as growth, and it is in this situation that the difference between operational and non-operational managers is determined, said: In all programs, an operational approach should be adopted. and according to the Supreme Leader, they also emphasize on the results of the works, and the Post Bank of Iran group is also a progressive group and we must move based on financial and monetary indicators and in accordance with the rules and regulations.

The highest executive of the bank emphasized that the current growth of the bank is not related to a single department and is the result of the coordinated efforts of all rural bank branches and counters, and stated: The growth of all indicators in the bank is based on the operations of rural bank branches and counters, and the efforts of colleagues should be appreciated. be branches

Shiri also stated in the third event on your time, which was held with the presence of the officials of 41 rural bank branches of Qom province, that today most of the senior managers of the bank are present in this place so that they can directly receive your creative ideas and practical opinions. to hear and implement with the same thinking in the future plans and vision of the bank.

Emphasizing that as the income of a rural bank counter increases, it has a positive effect on the bank’s interests, he added: Ideas in every organization and economic enterprise, when they are operational and implemented, have material and spiritual value, and I am very pleased that In this province, with the presence of 41 bank counter managers, about 76 creative and practical plans and ideas were presented in this event. The managing director of the bank stated that Post Bank’s customers are on the one hand the traditional sector and on the other the information technology field, and clarified: The direction and advancement of the programs of both fields is driven by the creativity and ideas of our colleagues in the bank and rural bank counters.

Referring to the fluctuations of the bank in various areas and the better performance of the management of the provincial branches in some indicators, Shiri said: We must strengthen the marketing culture in the provinces so that the performance weakness in the rest of the indicators is also compensated and the growth of the indicators in the provinces is balanced and on the same hand.
