In the meeting of the Qom Province branch management council, Shiri pointed out that growth at any level, whether in the country or in the organization, should have indicators and be measurable, and said: The bank’s resources have grown by 70% in the past year, which is related to the indicators of income, profit, and loss. The highest executive officer of the bank further stated that Iran Post Bank has grown in all banking indicators since 1397 and 1401, and stated: To understand the concept of development in the bank, we must have more depth and look at the organizational culture, discourse and work plan. Emphasizing that the bank has specific plans for each part of the organization, he continued: These plans show organizational development and have brought the bank to its current peak.
The CEO of the bank considered having material tools as a part of development and added: The integrated banking system has improved performance compared to the past, which shows that we have developed in this sector.
