The story of the statement of Mohammad Mirzabigi, the head of the nursing system organization, is that in a showy behavior on the eve of the nursing system elections and running away to avoid answering the nurses and hiding his inaction, he is trying to destroy the achievements of the people’s government and make them look small. At the same time, on the other hand, invoice the nursing services, which did not have the least role in its legal and executive processes, in his name. Mirza Begi after 15 years of silence regarding the non-implementation of the “Nursing Services Tariff Law” – which by the way, during these 15 years he was either the Deputy Minister of Nursing of the Ministry of Health or the head of the Nursing System Organization – and despite the fact that he did not have an effective performance in securing the rights of nurses ; At the same time as the implementation of the law approved in 1386 in 1401 by the Ministry of Health of the People’s Government, it claims to be a mediator and says where are you taking the three of us?

It is not for nothing that they say that Ayatollah Raisi’s government heals the mute. More than 15 years have passed since the approval of the nursing services tariff law in the parliament. If Mohammad Mirzabigi and his colleagues had the will to implement it, they would have implemented the tariff in this decade and a half. So why did they delay so much that the wise leader of the revolution would personally enter into this issue and the 13th government, through the authority of the matter and his words, would implement the aforementioned law by paying the nurses at least twice?

The informed and cultured public society recognizes well that the way to defend the rights of the progressive and expert nurses’ union is dialogue and interaction with the government and the government, and the commotion, controversy and dramatic behavior of the enemies of the system is not only beneficial; Rather, it can cause nurses to be discouraged; Especially, the nurse’s dignity requires the use of reasoned, documented literature combined with prudence and rationality to defend her rights; And isn’t it what Sheikh Ajl, Saadi said:

Also, the nursing community acknowledges that:

1. For the Ministry of Health, Treatment and Medical Education of the 13th government, the most important priority after providing health services to the society has been the development of the human capital of the health system and strengthening the motivation and will of each one of them. The proof of this claim is the recruitment and employment of 52,000 personnel, more than 40% of whom are colleagues of the nursing group. Another proof is that more than 67,000 health workers were converted by using the capacity of the Veterans Law, of which more than 12,000 people were from the nursing group.

In addition to these, a license for 25,000 new recruits has been obtained from the Administrative and Employment Affairs Organization, and to achieve this, an employment test with special points will be held soon for dear nurses working during the Covid-19 epidemic and in the departments related to this disease. Also, the decision to change the status of government employees is being pursued in the Islamic Council, and it is hoped that with its implementation, there will be significant openings in the recruitment and employment of qualified nurses from the seventies.

The set of these measures indicates the highest rate of recruitment of human resources, especially from the nursing community, compared to previous periods, in addition to which, extensive consultations to recruit and hire more nurses continue without controversy and show of demands with the relevant organizations. continues.

2. More than 15 years have passed since the approval of the Nursing Services Tariff Law. If the previous governments and the previous Ministry of Health had the will to implement it, they would have implemented this law during all these years and before the formation of the 13th government, but this did not happen; Rather, following the emphasis of the wise leader of the revolution and taking into account the authority of his order, a serious determination was made to impose tariffs in the Ministry of Health of the 13th government and finally it led to the implementation of this law; So that in the first half of 1401, the basic infrastructure of law enforcement was provided and in the second half of the same year, it was implemented with at least two payments to dear colleagues.

It is obvious that the implementation of any law is faced with challenges in the beginning, and receiving feedback from the stakeholders and measuring the mechanisms of its implementation will lead to the improvement and completion of the processes. It should be added that overcoming the mentioned challenges depends on the actions of others. There are also executive bodies to help the optimal implementation of the law with proper support from the Ministry of Health.

In the end, while denying the showy and self-presenting statement of Mohammad Mirzabigi, we assure the cultured and great family of nurses in the country that the Ministry of Health and the Nursing Assistant of this Ministry is the home of honorable nurses of Islamic Iran and their servants in this home will not make any effort to secure and guarantee their rights. This class of servants, who have a great right to the Iranian nation, will not hesitate.
