The National Housing Action Plan of Zahedan city in the town of Jihad Zahedan and 3560 housing units are under construction and action.

During the visit, Mr. Jami, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Union of Housing Cooperatives, also stated: “One of the obstacles to the activities of cooperatives is the bank’s request to submit audited financial statements, which prevents receiving facilities at the right time.”

Also, the members of the board of directors of the mentioned housing cooperative, during a meeting with the CEO of the bank, presented their requests and welcomed joining the customers of the housing bank.

It is worth mentioning that “Fatah Al-Mubin Sazeh Housing Cooperative” is operating in the National Housing Action Plan with the construction of 216 units in the first phase and 345 units in the second phase. The first phase is under construction in four floors and the second phase is in five floors with units measuring 90 to 110 meters and has achieved more than 35% physical progress so far.
