The identification of elderly cases was evaluated


According to Fars news agency, Ali Al-Qasi, Chief Justice of Tehran Province, at the head of a judicial commission, visited the Shahid Sadr Judicial Complex in order to conduct a field investigation of “how to provide judicial services” to citizens.

The Chief Justice of Tehran Province, upon entering the Shahid Sadr Judicial Complex, evaluated the quality of service delivery, appointment registration, and identity verification among the clients of the law enforcement branches.

During his visit to the branches, he also conducted a field study on the implementation of the directive on the registration of old and overdue cases.

During this visit, Al-Qasi evaluated the quality of the implementation of the directive “Organizing and accelerating the implementation of civil rulings” and at the same time emphasized on more efforts to implement this directive in order to organize citizens’ affairs.

The Chief of Justice of Tehran Province also emphasized the necessity of setting more supervision times in the enforcement cases than before in the enforcement branches.

The Chief of Justice of Tehran Province, while attending the “Operational Working Group for the Investigation of Elderly and Overdue Cases” in the Shahid Sadr Judicial Complex, appreciated the popular action of Afrasiab, the head of this judicial complex, which has an effective role in handling and reducing elderly cases.

During this visit, while listening to the legal problems raised by the clients, he issued the necessary judicial orders to help the clients.

Jafar Darabkhani, head of the presidency and deputy head of justice, Yahya Jafari, head of the public and revolutionary courts of Tehran, Seyed Reza Sajjodi, head of human resources and cultural affairs, Mohammad Ghasemi, head of justice, head of the protection of citizens’ rights, and Darab Rahmati, head of finance, construction and support. They accompanied the Chief Justice of Tehran Province during this visit.
