Poyafer He emphasized: This interdisciplinary approach was raised since 1969 in many developed industrial countries with the question, “What are the effects of various policies, decisions, programs and plans on the environment?” that this same question led to the formation of the necessity of environmental studies of projects; At the same time as the importance of assessing the environmental effects of projects, the social effects of projects were also noticed by researchers, so that with the follow-up and insistence of independent organizations, many countries accepted social impact assessment (SIA) in addition to environmental assessments. He added: In this regard, the Office of Social Harm Affairs of the Social Welfare Deputy placed the training of experts in the field of the application of social impact assessment on the agenda, and with the aim of creating and improving the knowledge of experts in this field, held a training workshop entitled “Evaluation Social effects” that experts Z Relations from all vice-departments, centers and specialized and general areas of the relevant ministry participated in the mentioned course.
