The Judiciary is following up the security of oil pipelines in the implementation of the Ghadir Freeway project

According to the Fars news agency’s judicial group, citing the Justice Department of Tehran Province, on Monday, Ali Al-Qasimehr, in a letter, asked the Governor of Tehran to pay special attention to the issue of securing the oil pipelines and fulfilling the obligations of the organizations involved in the implementation of the Ghadir Freeway project.

He stated: Securing oil pipelines is very important to prevent unpredictable accidents and human and environmental disasters.

The Chief Justice of Tehran Province reminded: According to the order of the Judiciary, to benefit from the capacities of the judicial system in fulfilling the slogan of this year, which was named by the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution as “controlling inflation and increasing production”, it is among the priorities of the judiciary of Tehran province. has it.

Al-Qasimehr added: Since the stability of energy transmission networks and maintaining the safety of transportation routes are used by manufacturing companies and industrial factories and have a direct and important impact on production; Therefore, acceleration in the securing of oil pipelines in Ghadir Freeway has been demanded.

Referring to the recent statements of the head of the Judiciary that “some omissions are crimes and some are not crimes, but may cause damages”, said the Chief of Justice of Tehran province: securing the oil pipelines and fulfilling the obligations in the contracts of this project It is necessary and the correspondence with the governor of Tehran is in line with the judicial system’s supervisory duties and protection of people’s rights and prevention of crime.

The construction operation of the Ghadir freeway, which was previously known as the southern Tehran-Alborz freeway, has started since 2015.
