Referring to the characteristics of nomads such as faith, honesty, endurance and resistance and being effective in preserving the country and the revolution and values, he clarified: “Yesterday against the British, the history of this country has recorded the presence and resistance and endurance and courage of nomads.” And in 8 years of holy defense, we have had 2500 nomadic martyrs.

Emphasizing that nomads play the most important role in the country’s production, the head of the judiciary said: “Nomads have passed a good test in struggle, resistance, endurance and indefatigability, and have a brilliant record, and also play a role in the field of production.”

Nomadic production must be supported by all sectors

Ayatollah Head Stating that the production of nomads should be supported by all sectors, he added: nomads should be supported legally.

He pointed to issues such as nomadic insurance and stressed: nomadic insurance should be developed and with financial, credit, insurance and security support should be this productive and sincere process towards the revolution and the system and values ​​that are leading in the field of practice and implementation, Be supported by legal, financial and credit.

The head of the judiciary approved the development of nomadic arbitration institutions.

Ayatollah Reisi said: “We agree that whatever differences and issues arise within the tribes, can be resolved with a white beard, Kadkhodmanshi and what is rooted in the Islamic and national culture of the tribes, and this issue is welcomed by us.”

The head of the judiciary stressed the need to use the capacity of nomads to solve nomadic issues and said: “With nomadic capacity, the issues of nomads can be solved and the development of the arbitration institution can be followed by the Chief Justice of Fars province so that this issue can be seen everywhere in nomadic life.” And nomadic issues are resolved within the nomads and less brought to justice.

Stating that pastures are the capacity of the country, he said: “Nomads know how to use the pasture well and protect the pasture well and preserve it for the future.”

Protect pastures from occupiers

Ayatollah Ra’isi emphasized: these pastures should be preserved as reserves and should be safe from any invasion and occupation. Any encroachment on the pastures that threatens the lives of the nomads must be prevented, and we believe that the judiciary, the executive, the environmental organization, the rangelands and forests must help to protect the pastures from the occupiers.

The head of the judiciary further said: “Violation of pastures means encroachment on the country’s reserves and reserves that are in the hands of nomads and are used from generation to generation.”

Ayatollah Ra’isi, stating that the pastures must be preserved, said: “The security of the pastures, nomads and reserves in the country must be guaranteed, and this is completely true and to the point where it should be followed up and taken action.”

The head of the judiciary continued his remarks regarding electronic notifications: The arrangement should be made in Fars province and all nomadic provinces where access to digital tools is not possible, in a way that does not violate the rights of individuals.

The head of the judiciary emphasized: a mechanism should be created that in this province and wherever the nomads live, because their life is a productive life and in the area where they go, it is to increase production, they should not forget to go And the migration of these rights will not be lost in any way.

He added: “Where there is no digital access, the ground should be provided so that the notifications reach the people in a timely manner, and in no way should the notification method be violated, and this should be done in ways that lead to the protection of tribal rights in any way.” .

Regarding the remarks of one of the participants in the field of education, he said: “They mentioned 10 or 11 cases that we do not want to discuss in this meeting; But I ask that a working group be formed after this meeting, which will be attended by various departments, including the governor, the director general of justice and relevant organizations, and those cases that can be resolved in the province through provincial mechanisms, must do so. Give.

Ayatollah Ra’isi continued: Regarding the cases that are related to the center, they should transfer the cases and we will definitely follow up. The Director General of Inspection should also attend these meetings so that the cases that need to be followed up by the inspection organization can be followed up.

The head of the judiciary stated: They said good things in the field of education. The statistics given by our loved ones are valuable statistics. Mr. Governor pointed out that now more than 70% of judges, lawyers, executives and doctors are nomads.

Referring to Imam Khomeini’s orders regarding the nomads, he said: “The fact that 70% of our intellectuals are from our nomads in this province today is the same reserve that the Imam said and we should try to make this reserve possible as well.” Provide us today and our future.

Ayatollah Ra’isi continued his speech by referring to the issue of mass media and national media: “This statement is true and I call on the national media and our loved ones on television to make sure to strengthen the stations so that the nomads can Use the national media, and this is both the right of the tribes and our duty.

Regarding the guide plan proposed by one of the attendees, he said: “One of my loved ones wrote to me that the Housing Foundation has announced its readiness for this.” I would like to invite the Housing Foundation to the working group that consists of the governor and the esteemed head of the judiciary.

Ayatollah Ra’isi acknowledged: “It is true that some things have been done with the blessings of the Islamic Revolution and the blood of the martyrs, but because the gentlemen are saying the points that they are saying in this meeting, it should be clear that these points and knots are in the hands of the relevant officials.” Praise be to God, they are also motivated in this regard, and we will follow up to see actions in this regard, God willing.

Referring to the judicial issues of nomadic families, Ayatollah Ra’isi said: “Nomadic families are among the most noble families and women and family issues in nomads have their own frameworks that are effective in strengthening the family system in nomads and can be an aspect for other parts of the country.” Find a pattern. Today, human rights claimants are the biggest violators of human and human rights

He added: “In urban communities, most people are consumers; We need to see who is productive and effective and who is the flag bearer of values ​​and defends the sanctity of humanity. Today, you see how human rights activists are being trampled on by those who claim human rights. Today, human rights claimants are the biggest violators of human and human rights. The head of the judiciary pointed out: In nomadic life, there is spirituality, morality, kindness, forgiveness and self-sacrifice that must be strengthened day by day.

He added: “I agree with our opinion that our relations with countries and neighbors create a capacity for economic, cultural and social issues.” This is what the leadership wants from us and those who love the culture of the country. We have a lot of resources and we should take care of them. Those who are attached to strangers are very wrong and their mistakes are becoming more and more obvious.

Ayatollah Ra’isi said: “Some people think that capital is only a means of production; We need morality along with the means of production, and if there is no morality, this is the situation in the West. It may be said that a country is developed, but moral issues are slaughtered in it, and there must be development in all matters.

The head of the judiciary added: “The right thing was said about family counseling.”

Solve problems with Kadkhodmanshi and arbitration and tribal elders

Regarding the speeding up of cases in the judiciary, he said: “We emphasize that the case should not be brought to the judiciary as much as possible, and the issues should be resolved through codification and arbitration and tribal elders;” But if for any reason a problem is not solved and he comes to the judiciary, we emphasize the acceleration of the proceedings in the judiciary.

Ayatollah Ra’isi stated: “As time goes by, we become more and more aware of the words of the Supreme Leader, who said that he sees the future of this country as very bright and hopeful.” That wise sage sees the future correctly. In the current situation, despite the enemy’s threats in the region, the hand of supremacy and superiority is for the country and the Islamic Revolutionary Front, and in the region, they admit that the superior hand of that front of the Islamic Revolution is centered on Islamic Iran. The superior hand was brought by the martyrs, Haj Qassem Soleimani and their loved ones who sacrificed their lives anonymously, and they established authority and produced power.

He said: “I thank all the loved ones and I hope that, God willing, the issues raised will be followed up.” One of the issues was the construction and development of boarding schools for the children of nomads and deprived villages, which is a very good point. Also, water supply to the nomads in the form of digging wells along the route and mobile water supply for drinking and livestock are among the points that are considered.

The head of the judiciary added: “The issue of nomadic insurance was also raised and the protection of pastures should be done by both loved ones and the relevant agencies.” God willing, what we have heard and what we have said will be for the pleasure of God Almighty, and may God perpetuate the shadow of leadership over us and preserve the nomads as the reserves of the revolution for us. Inshallah, the effort, masculinity, beauty, self-sacrifice, faith, patience and forbearance will increase day by day in the nation and the tribes, and may God grant success to the servant who can serve the people and the tribes as a soldier of the system and leadership.
