He continued: The planning document as a roadmap for the development of the country in the form of 21 study groups of experts, research centers and thinkers in March 1999 reached the Supreme Planning Council and after going through the steps and processes as a document of land development, which is The current situation has been analyzed and studied from various perspectives, including cultural, social, and demographic issues.

Pakzat stated that it is necessary for the members of parliament to accompany this document in order to prevent possible deviations, adding that there are several large projects in the center, including comparative studies of countries in the field of planning and development, supporting documents of the country’s budget bill.
