According to the reporter of Fars news agency, Zahra Shams Ehsan, in the 150th session of Tehran Islamic Council, referring to Tehran Municipality’s compliance with uploading information on the transfer of municipal properties, stated: In any case, the transfer of properties must be approved by Tehran City Council.

He continued: “Tehran Municipality is allowed to act within the framework of aid to non-profit institutions and legal and natural persons, and therefore any payment outside of this order is considered a violation.”

Shams Ehsan emphasized: We want the mayor of Tehran to submit a report to the Tehran City Council on the measures to hand over land to institutions in order to preserve and protect the municipal properties.

The head of the Social Committee of Tehran City Council, emphasizing the transformation of Beit Allameh Asgari into a luxurious house, noted that despite the passage of 10 months from the order of the mayor of Tehran, no action has been taken and it is necessary to act faster.
