According to Tejarat News, citing Business, the Turkish Statistical Institute announced that a total of 900 thousand 74 houses were sold in Turkey in the period from January to September.

Decrease in housing sales in Türkiye

According to the TurkStat report, housing sales in Turkey have decreased by 14.9% annually in the 9-month period.

In the same period of time, foreigners bought 28 thousand 64 houses in this country, which shows a decrease of 43.5% per year.

In September, 102,656 units were sold in this country, which was a 9.5% decrease compared to the same period last year.

Housing sales to foreigners decreased by 42% to 2,930 units in September compared to the same month last year.
