The head of the Department of Performance Evaluation and Complaint Handling of the Medical System Organization, stating that the highest number of licenses were issued in 1995 and 1400, added: Obtaining a license for a metropolis like Tehran requires 360 retraining points, for which a doctor must have 12 years of service. Stating that so far 96 licenses of delinquent doctors have been canceled by the medical system organization, he said: All these cases have been sent to the medical system prosecutor’s office and the process of firing some of the delinquent employees has also been completed.
He continued: According to the organizational duty, this process was presented to two related institutions in January and February, and the Prosecutor’s Office of Greater Tehran and the Inspection Organization entered these cases.
Referring to the fact that the main violations were certificate forgery, work history forgery and retraining certificate forgery, he said: these people were falsifying the requirements for obtaining a practice license and most of the young doctors were caught in this trap, and fortunately, with the warnings of the medical system, this Violations decreased and most of this group was active outside the organization and disbanded.
