Mortazavi mentioned the lack of balance between expenses and resources as one of the challenges of the pension fund and said: In the budget of 1400, the debt of the pension funds was about 400 thousand billion tomans, which unfortunately, the debts of the past have been back-breaking.
Regarding workers’ wages, the Minister of Cooperation said that the government had balanced the wages of workers and employees last year and said: The goal of the government is to balance and this should be done. the cuff It will benefit the workers, but if we do not manage the inflation, it will not be contained and the creation of money should be prevented.
He mentioned the development of service purchase as one of the government’s plans and said: 120% increase in supplementary insurance resources for retirement and 80% increase in the description of services to reduce problems are among the measures.
Mortazavi listed stable employment and job security among other programs and considered it important to solve the workers’ housing problem and found it necessary to form workers’ cooperatives to provide housing.
