The municipality’s agreement with the army to acquire the paramedical garden

According to Fars report, Nasraleh Abadian, the mayor of district 7, on the sidelines of the visit to the paramedical garden in this district, which was conducted in the presence of Hossein Nazari, deputy director of urban services and environment, and Ali Mohammad Mokhtari, the CEO of Tehran Municipality’s Parks and Green Spaces Organization, said: District 7 of Saraneh There is little green space, so to solve it, we considered using the lands of government institutions and military and law enforcement complexes.

He stated that in order to compensate for the lack of green space per capita, we are pursuing the acquisition of properties that are prone to create green space, adding: Among them, a property on Moalem Street (paramedical garden) belongs to the Islamic Republic Army, and several meetings were held with the Cooperative Foundation in this regard. We had an army to be able to take possession of this property from the place of Note 7.

According to Abadian, the area of this property is more than 7,200 meters, and agreements for its acquisition have been made with the Army Cooperative Foundation, and it will soon be acquired by the municipality to help improve the area’s green space per capita.

In the end, he pointed out: the per capita amount of public green space in Region 7 is 5.6 meters, but the problem is that, for example, the 68-hectare Musalli complex is located in this region, of which 40 hectares are green space and public. Yes, but it is not included in the per capita green space of the region, so the calculation of the amount of green space per capita in the region needs to be revised.
