The national registration of 5 historical houses was notified to the governor of Tehran
According to Aria Heritage, in one of the letters of Engineer Ezatullah Zarghami addressed to Mohsen Mansouri:
Pursuant to paragraph (c) of the single article of the Law on the Establishment of the Cultural Heritage Organization approved by the Islamic Consultative Assembly in 1985 and paragraph 6 of Article 3 of the Statute of the Cultural Heritage Organization approved by the Islamic Consultative Assembly on the registration of valuable movable and immovable cultural and historical monuments. Relevant, the level of registration of cultural and historical work “House located in Keshavarz Boulevard, between Vesal Shirazi Street and Ghods Street, No. 204” located in Tehran province, Tehran city Criteria for registration of work: 8.10 / 9/3 has been registered in the list of national monuments of Iran, it will be announced.
The said work is under the protection and supervision of this ministry and any intrusion, occupation or operational action that leads to its destruction or change of identity is considered a crime under Articles 558 to 569 of the Fifth Book of the Islamic Penal Code, Punishments and Deterrent Punishments. “There will be legal penalties, and the restoration of the work will be possible only with the approval and supervision of the ministry.”
Also, in other letters of the Minister of Heritage, Culture, Tourism and Handicrafts to the Governor of Tehran, the registration of four other cultural-historical works has been notified as follows:
- “Property located in Mirzaei Shirazi Street, corner of 11th Alley, No. 69, meeting the criteria for registering a work with the number 8.12” No. 33423 dated 1400/9/3
- “A certain house in Rey city” located in Rey city, central part, Rey city, Haram street, Adib Kashani street, Mousavi alley, No. 6, number 33479, dated 1400/7/6
- “Property located in Molavi Street, Shahid Mahmoud Dolatabadi Alley, dead end of Shahid Javadi, No. 2” No. 33498 dated 1400/9/3
- “Property located in Baharestan Square, Shahid Jorkesh Alley, No. 16” No. 33501 dated 3/3/1400
