He added: If these technologies are included in the urban system, new conditions will be created, and in this regard, we need a new approach in the field of passive defense, and other traditional methods are not the answer.

He stated: The basic problem is creating functional coordination between infrastructures. The direct relationship between people’s well-being, comfort and satisfaction with the government and the government is the level of stability of the structures, so we must pay close attention to the passive defense in the cities, which is why we approved the urban defense document.
