Mohammad Akhundi added: In this visit, the regional mayors, deputies and representatives of the Real Estate Organization and all the technical and civil managers of Tehran Municipality were present, and the main problems raised by them were in the area of ​​land acquisition, where these projects had encountered problems with some organizations.

He continued: Important meetings were held in the discussion of credit allocation and liquidity and the physical progress of the work was closely examined. Our plan is to have a meeting with the people related to these problems and the people who have tasks for the progress of the projects in the Planning and Budget Commission, so that by the grace of God, the problems will be solved and we will witness the opening of these projects in the phases that are planned for the year 1402. be considered

Akhundi pointed out: We will continue this monitoring in other areas and we will go to different regions and companies’ organizations and we will do this monitoring in the area of ​​financial performance of these departments.

While referring to the budget considered for transportation, he said: In the field of transportation, a special budget of about 45 percent of the municipal budget has been considered for this important matter, and we will have strict supervision for this.

Akhundi while answering the question of Fars reporter about whether the budget issue of Yadgar Imam and Borujerdi projects has been completely resolved or not, added: Our effort was to allocate the budget in 1401 and 1402 based on the suggestions and needs of Tehran Municipality. and to approve. Also, in the first quarter of the year, in the allocation committee, we have allocated the budget of these projects 100% and while requesting cash injection from the municipality, we will have special supervision at the end of every quarter to check the amount of payment and the progress of the project. Therefore, we do not have any problems in the field of project funding.

The Chairman of the Program and Budget Commission continued: Our only problem is to solve the opposition and property acquisition, which we are facing with some organizations today, or for example, some utility projects need to move water pipes, which takes time. Also, on the Shahid Shushtri highway, there is a need to coordinate with the Ministry of Sports so that a part of Takhti Stadium is available for construction projects. We must resolve these issues and problems as soon as possible so that these plans come to fruition, because the opening of a freeway such as Shushtri, which will connect Imam Reza Road to the north of the country, will play a significant role in reducing traffic and reducing fuel consumption, etc.
