The need to form a special working group to organize waste management in the northern provinces

According to Fars News Agency, the 38th National Working Group on Waste Management presented the method of producing solid fuel and thermal supplements from plastic and rubber waste, and announced the progress of the waste management plans of the northern coastal provinces by the organization of municipalities and villages of the country. And follow-up of complete and up-to-date information registration of petroleum, petrochemical and gas units in the comprehensive system of the Environmental Protection Organization was held by the Ministry of Petroleum.
In this meeting, after the presentation of reports by the relevant companies and institutions, Ali Selajgeh, the vice president and head of the Environmental Protection Organization, announced the support of this organization for the implementation of the method of producing solid fuel and thermal supplements from plastic and rubber waste by the company. Regarding the waste management plan of the northern provinces, he also said: In the implementation of this plan, we are faced with an irregularity and lack of coordination between the responsible institutions, which should be organized by forming a special working group.
Selajgeh also welcomed the cooperation of the Ministry of Oil to record the updated information of petroleum, petrochemical and gas units in the comprehensive system of the Environmental Protection Organization and emphasized the continuation of the cooperation between these two institutions.
