Managers should know the strategic documents of education; That’s why managers should benefit from reading much more than teachers.
Referring to the importance of paying attention to the transformation document, he said: one of the important points of the transformation document is the civilizational view; We are the flag bearers of the thought that claims Islam is a civilization. We should think about Islam as a civilization with a comprehensive view. This view should penetrate into the body of education.
He considered the enthusiasm-creating approach to be the approach of other education managers and said: A teacher must have the ability to influence and inspire and have sufficient attention to all the talents and abilities of students.
