He added: If we want to be successful in the field of preventing and dealing with corruption, it is necessary to have a special, reasonable, expert view, away from any extreme and excessive views, and also in accordance with Islamic teachings to the people and public sectors.
The deputy head of the General Inspection Organization of the country continued: It is necessary for the inspection organization to transform and update its way of looking with the eyes of the people and provide the basis of trust, especially for corruption reporters, in order to get the maximum benefit from people’s participation in the field of prevention and detection of administrative corruption. be
Referring to the limitations of the General Inspection Organization of the country in terms of facilities and manpower, he noted: Considering the current facilities and manpower, it is only with the cooperation of the people that we can develop our supervisory umbrella in all administrative and governance sectors of the society.
Rahmanian clarified: The Public Monitoring and Complaint Handling Center of the National Inspection Organization, while giving value to the received reports, must also respect the rights of citizens so that people’s reputation is not damaged by false reports.
He pointed out the need to improve the popularity and acceptability of the inspection organization in the eyes of the public and said: Thanks to the grace of God, the inspection organization is highly popular and acceptable in the society as a supervisory authority with expert opinions, impartial, honest and without any affiliation. and this issue; It doubles the responsibility of the organization and inspectors and experts.
Referring to the frequency of complaints received by the inspection organization, the deputy head of the National Inspection Organization said: When many complaints are reflected to the organization regarding the performance of an administrative department, it shows that there is a malfunction in the relevant department, and in such cases, the inspections of the relevant affairs should be dealt with. put that malpractice in the priority of its supervisory measures.

Emphasizing on reforming and revising the structure of the organization’s relationship with non-governmental organizations, Rahmanian said: the trust of non-governmental organizations should be gained by following up on their correct reports and listening to them and holding joint quarterly meetings with the National Inspection Organization.
He said: A major part of the output of the organization’s effectiveness comes from following up on the reports of corruption reporters and non-governmental organizations, and therefore, more attention should be paid to the public monitoring center and handling of the organization’s complaints.
In the end, Rahmanian emphasized that sometimes we need immediate intervention regarding the information received by the inspection organization, and noted: My suggestion is that a team of experts and inspectors be placed at the disposal of the Public Monitoring and Complaint Handling Center to, if necessary, Take immediate intervention regarding popular reports, also parallel actions of the institutions in the field of prevention and fight against corruption should be prevented and a single management should be applied in this regard.
