This was a good culture that has been forgotten in recent decades; Therefore, in the plan of “deprivation” and “empowerment of neighborhoods”, efforts should be made to revive the well-forgotten cultures.
Nouri added: “We must make more use of the existing capacities in the” Community-Based Development and Transformation 2020 of Neighboring Neighborhoods “plan.” Therefore, in the evening, the doors of schools and cultural centers, such as cultural and educational centers, stadiums, Dar al-Quran, etc., should be open to the public.

He pointed out that the existing vocational schools can be used as training centers for skills and entrepreneurship.

A member of the Cabinet of the People’s Government stated: In education, we have about 241 clinics, hospitals and equipped camps, and 7,000 vocational schools, 6,700 exceptional schools and 7,000 gifted schools, which should be explained in the development and transformation plan of the community.
