He added: With the announcement of new prices, the prices of assembled cars have been revised, and since the prices are up-to-date, Therefore, car manufacturers will have no excuse to announce a higher price than the prices approved by the Competition Council.

He said: The declared prices of assembled cars are actually the factory price of the car, and the consumer price of the cars is determined in addition to taxes, added value, duties, etc.

According to Fars report, this year, in April this year, the competition council approved the prices of cars produced in Saipa and Iran Khodro, and then in May, it approved the prices of 17 assembled cars, but considering that the prices of assembled cars at that time were lower. It was from the factory price of the car, so the approved prices of assembled cars in May were criticized by the assemblers, but finally, by holding meetings between the Ministry of Safety and the car manufacturers, the car manufacturers were obliged to apply the approved prices.

Today, the new prices of 28 assembly cars were approved and announced by the Competition Council; Checking the prices indicates that the new prices have increased compared to the prices approved in May.
