He added: “This law is very important, which was approved in the 10th Parliament, and the Guardian Council rejected it twice, and we hope that, with the emphasis of the Supreme Leader, the Expediency Council will make a decision and approve it soon.”

Referring to the disadvantages of the delay in the implementation of this law, Taghiani said: “Unfortunately, 3 years have passed since the approval of this law, but it has not been implemented, and if this law had been implemented 3 years ago, many of the cases that exist in the judiciary would not be there now.
