The ordinary general assembly of Mellat insurance company was held in an extraordinary manner

According to the financial news report, quoted by the public relations of Mellat Insurance Company, the extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders of Mellat Insurance Company with the agenda for the election of board members, today dated 05/03/1401 at 14:00 at the Mellat Insurance Conference Center located in East Brazil Street was held with the presence of the majority of 71% of shareholders.
In this assembly, which was held with the presence of the representatives of Central Insurance and the Stock Exchange Organization, while observing the legal formalities, the new composition of the Board of Directors of Mellat Insurance Company was put to the vote and the shareholders elected the following composition as the new members of the Board of Directors of Mellat Insurance Company:
1. Seyyed Mohammad Mehdi Beheshti-nejad, as the main member
2. Mehdi Keshavarz Bahadri, as the main member
3. Behrang Asadi Qarachelo, as the main member
4. Mohammad Taghi Chiraghi, as the main member
5. Daud Ghasempour Dizji, as the main member

Also, Mr. Seyed Ali Raeeszadeh was elected as the first alternate member and Ebrahim Nowrozi Dastgardi as the second alternate member.
