According to the social welfare group of Fars news agency, “Mohammadhadi Zahedi Wafa”, Acting Minister of Cooperation, Labor and Social Welfare, stated that the president emphasized on the correction of the increase in pensions of other levels of retirees of the Social Security Organization, and added: “Based on this, the Council of Ministers will make a decision.” In this regard, he delegated to the ministers who are members of the Board of Trustees of the Social Security Organization.

Referring to numerous meetings with representatives of retirees and relevant officials, in order to implement the order of the President, Zahedi Wafa clarified: the delegation was carried out and expert reviews were carried out, and following the proposal of the Social Security Organization, it was decided within the framework of the sustainability of the resources and credits of this organization. The pension of other levels should be revised.
