Referring to the role of religious beliefs in the victories of the Islamic nation of Iran in various historical periods, he said: The reason for success in that critical period is rooted in the religious beliefs of the people and therefore the Islamic Revolution is a cultural and religious revolution.
Al-Qasiemehr, stating that in the beginning of the revolution, there were many economic problems, said: “Many of the facilities and capacities that exist now did not exist at that time and the basis of all members of society was religious beliefs and approach today to get out of problems.” And the problems that have overshadowed our lives, we must return to the same revolutionary approach and spiritual atmosphere of the early days of the revolution.
The Chief Justice of Tehran Province, stating that unfortunately the commandment of the good and the prohibition of the bad has become inactive in our society, said: We face them in society.
He considered the demands of the members of the society as a necessity to get out of harms, anomalies and deviations in various cultural, social and economic fields and said: we need to strengthen our religious beliefs and take action by changing the current approaches; This will not be possible except with the demands of the members of the society.
Al-Qasimahr stressed the need for individuals to take responsibility for each other, saying: The duty of enjoining what is good and forbidding what is evil is a public duty and duty that members of society have towards each other; Therefore, we must create collective will and public concern for the problems and issues of society and try to provide public support and social will to advance these goals.
The Chief Justice of Tehran Province, emphasizing that if everyone in society is not accountable for their duties and responsibilities, the result will be chaos and corruption, anomalies and deviations, said: The main cause of all our problems in the field of anomalies Deviations and crimes are abandoning the duty of enjoining the good and forbidding the evil; Because if everyone considers themselves responsible for each other and the society and succeeds in solving the problems, these problems will definitely be solved.
He considered the entry of demanding groups in different fields and in various forms and forms as an example of enjoining what is good and forbidding what is evil, which appears in the form of “corruption reporting”.
Al-Qasimahr emphasized: When the flow of corruption is formed in an institution and apparatus, the expectation of the society is that the person who betrayed and encroached on the treasury will be held accountable for his actions.
The Chief Justice of Tehran Province, stating that the meaning of cultural and social prevention is the duty of enjoining the good and forbidding the evil, said: The society itself must come to the fore and prevent injuries and deviations; In this regard, it is necessary for people to feel responsible for each other.
He continued: “If the demanding groups are really purposefully organized and pursued and at the same time have legal support, they can be very effective in the field of prevention.”
Al-Qasimahr said: “Demanding groups are located in the heart and body of society and are in the business and trade environment of society and people; As a result, they may face more injuries and problems; Therefore, the position and pursuit of the perpetrators, the reporters of corruption and the whistleblowers has a religious and legal basis, and their position is based on the principle that we are all responsible in the society in which we live.
The Chief Justice of Tehran Province, emphasizing that the duty of enjoining what is good and forbidding what is evil is not only focused on the issue of hijab or special cultural issues, said: It can certainly be useful and effective, prevent many of the problems that may arise in the future, and on the other hand hold the responsible agencies and institutions accountable.
Referring to the support of the judiciary for the good and the bad, he clarified: The law for the protection of the good and the bad has provided for this task for the judiciary and has set up special branches for special and specialized investigation in this field. Has been.
