Hojjatoleslam Shojaei, referring to the points raised in this meeting, clarified: The first point is that, firstly, the currency related to medicine will not be eliminated in any way; Second, the government now has $ 1 billion to provide the currency needed for medicine and medical equipment, as announced by the PBO; The central bank is also paying for this budget.

He said that now we have no problem in providing currency related to medicine and medical equipment and the currency will be paid 4200 Tomans, he added: The third issue was what decision should be made in the future about the quality of distribution of this currency in the field of medicine and medical equipment .

The head of the Principle 90 Commission continued: “There were discussions in this regard. It seems that the right way to do this is to move the currency from the beginning of the chain to the end as much as possible.”

Hojjatoleslam Shojaei said: “If we can deliver the currency related to the drug to the end consumer through designs and systems, first of all, we have set the target of this subsidy.” Second, because the route is shortened and direct subsidies reach the consumer, we will eliminate the possibility of rent, corruption and smuggling.
