According to Mehr reporter, Reza Murad Sahrai, Acting Minister of Education, told reporters at noon today (Wednesday, May 20) on the sidelines of the meeting of the government board about the latest status of teacher ratings: Teacher ratings will be completed by the end of May this year, and there are still 45,000 Teachers have not received a rank and some of them remain undecided in this field. Also, some people objected to the ranking, and they were given time until May 11.
Stating that the first priority is related to the rating of teachers who have not yet received a rating, he said: After this stage, the objections of other teachers as well as the amendment of the teachers’ rating regulations will be placed on the agenda of the Ministry of Education.
Sahrai also said about the Supreme Leader of the Revolution’s emphasis on paying special attention to educational coaches: the issue of educational activity is one of the main priorities of the fundamental transformation document. Currently, we are facing a shortage of 50,000 breeding coaches in this field. In this regard, this year we hired 11,000 trainers for this issue, although this amount is not enough.
He also said about the shortage of teachers in the field of education: Currently, no accurate statistics are available on this issue, but we are making changes in the organization. In this regard, we will hire 28,000 people in the held exam and 27,000 more people will be recruited by conducting the re-examination, which hopefully will start the new academic year with minimal problems.
