The reaction of the Cinema Producers Union to the remarks of a member of parliament

According to Fars News Agency, following the publication of the interview of Bijan Nobaveh, a member of parliament, about the seizure of 30 licensed films (+The Iranian Cinema Producers Union issued a statement.

The text of the statement is as follows:
The Iranian Cinema Producers Union expresses its regret and impression at the opinions and speculations of a member of parliament.
We, the legal representatives of the producers and owners of Iranian cinema, consider the speeches of this member of parliament to be far from fair, espionage against the cinema as a whole, a clear example of lawlessness, lack of knowledge about cinema and lack of familiarity with legal issues.
We are surprised how this representative announces that thirty films are unplayable without watching the films. In what way have they reached the ijtihad that they have banned the films without seeing them and are threatening the minister that these films should not be shown. If Mr. MP has seen these films, please publish the names of 30 films that they think are unplayable and, in his opinion, in those films, our moral, revolutionary and national values have been questioned.
On the other hand, how did the cinematographers get their films without the knowledge of their creators and during what process did they watch them without permission?
Do they know what the revocation of the show’s license and the ban mean? Are they aware of the consequences, damages and costs of revoking the show and confiscation license for the government? Do they not know that revoking a show license can be prosecuted in a court of law?
Mr. MP, take a look at the list of artists who passed away during these difficult days of Corona and during the production of their works. How can you easily spy on the products of our colleagues in the difficult economic conditions of the country?
We do not expect sympathy from this member of parliament and address economic and livelihood issues, we only regret that as a member of parliament, instead of supporting and encouraging filmmakers, filmmakers and entrepreneurs, they seek to threaten and destroy the noble body of Iranian cinema.
The Union of Producers of Iranian Cinema warns that it will deal severely with any current that seeks to disrupt and disrupt the order of Iranian cinema and will not remain indifferent.
