Hojjat al-Islam and Mossadegh said: The judiciary of the Islamic Republic of Iran considers the existing capacity in the field of legal and judicial cooperation between the members of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization as an important and effective capacity in strengthening other areas, especially in the field of security cooperation, and believes that this capacity is the basis for It will create a better opportunity for members to fight against costly challenges such as fighting terrorism, extremism, separatism and violation of sovereign rights.

Referring to the fields of cooperation mentioned in the founding document of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, the first deputy of the judiciary added: the category of fighting terrorism, extremism, separatism, drug trafficking, weapons trafficking, illegal immigration and actions that violate independence and territorial integrity. , are not limited to the security or political category and have a judicial nature, and in this regard, the impunity of terrorists in the era of accountability and accountability is as harmful as international terrorism itself.
