According to Mehr News Agency, this circular states: Based on Article (33) of the Law on Permanent Orders of the Development Programs of the Country and in line with Article 147 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran and in the implementation of Paragraph “A” of the Note to Article 66 of the 8th Chapter of the Public Service Law and The instructions for organizing the affairs of those assigned to government and civilian institutions, notified by the deputy director of rural development and deprived areas of the country, and with regard to the permission of the General Staff of the Armed Forces on June 7, 1402, the manner of recruiting and organizing those assigned to the task of the Ministry of Education in the academic year 1403-1402 became.
Some of the contents of this circular are as follows.
Only candidates with bachelor’s and master’s degrees with maximum priority for admission to the master’s degree, provided that they have a ready-to-serve form without an absence stamp, and their dispatch date is April 4, 1402.
Conscripts whose deployment dates are August 1, 1402 and September 1, 1402, after their written request and the approval of the General Administration, must go to the police offices 10 and submit an urgent request and receive a ready-to-serve form on the deployment date of July 1, 1402 and go to training and deliver the breeding, otherwise it will not be possible to accept the order.
