The regulation of Article (45) of the Value Added Tax Law was promulgated – Mehr News Agency Iran and world’s news

According to Mehr news agency, Mohammad Mokhbar, the first vice president, approved the letter of the Council of Ministers regarding the “Executive Regulations of Article (45) of the Value Added Tax Law” which was proposed by the Ministry of Cooperation, Labor and Social Welfare and with the cooperation of the Welfare Organization of the country and The Relief Committee of Imam Khomeini (RA) announced that it has been prepared.

According to Article (45) of the Value Added Tax Law, the government is obliged to use the resources derived from the tax received from its own share, the subject of Article 7 of this law, annually, the total amount of cash aid paid to each person covered by support institutions, in addition to other annual increases, at least increase the equivalent of the value added tax rate and pay to the mentioned people in order to compensate the received tax.
