The relief committee’s inpatient services became free

According to Fars News Agency’s social group, Mehdi Rezaei, deputy director of insurance and health services of the Health Insurance Organization of Iran, said:

He specified: with the implementation of this decree, the share of the Health Insurance Organization in the form of referral system for the insured of the Relief Committee (RA) will be equal to 95% and another 5% will be provided from the resources of the Health Transformation Plan through the Ministry of Health and Medical Education. Therefore, patients will not pay if they are hospitalized and follow the referral system.

According to the public relations of the Health Insurance Organization of Iran, this is while if the referral system is not observed, the share of the organization will be reduced from 95% to 90%.
