According to Tejarat News, the CEO of the Urban Reconstruction Company announced that the proposal to increase the repayment period of the worn-out tissue renovation facility to 20 years has been approved by the Minister of Roads and Urban Development, which will be operational soon.

According to ایسناCurrently, applicants for worn-out tissue renovation have the opportunity to use tissue renovation facilities, which include 600 million Tomans in the four metropolises of Tehran, Qom, Mashhad and Shiraz in the area of ​​worn-out structures around the holy shrines and in other areas in Tehran 450 million Tomans and in other metropolises. 400 million Tomans with an interest rate of about 11 percent and other cities 350 million Tomans with an interest rate of about 10 percent, in all these cases 150 million Tomans will be paid from the loan amount with a zero interest rate.

They can also use the facilities of the National Housing Movement with a repayment period of 20 years, in which housing renovation in dilapidated areas will have a preferential rate of interest on the facility.

On the other hand, as Mohammad Ayini, CEO of Iran Urban Reconstruction Company, has announced, in order to encourage people and builders to participate in the renovation of worn-out structures, it is proposed to extend the repayment of special facilities for renovation of worn-out structures equivalent to the National Housing Movement approved by Rostam Ghasemi, Minister of Roads and Urban Development. It has arrived that it will be operational soon.

He said: the number of applicants for renovation facilities in dilapidated areas and neighborhoods targeted for urban regeneration in the 13th government exceeded 20,000 units, in total, these applicants in more than 4,870 projects have applied for renovation facilities.

The CEO of Iran Urban Reconstruction Company continued: The provinces of Tehran, East Azerbaijan, Mazandaran, Isfahan and Golestan are in the first to fifth ranks in terms of the number of units under renovation.

In an interview with a reporter of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, Aini stated: “Urban Regeneration Company does not only seek to increase the density in the target tissues of regeneration and welcomes the compliance of the construction with the conditions of different cities and climates.”

He explained: “From each worn license plate that was assembled and entered the renovation process, an average of 5 units in the number of each license plate is under construction, in which 15,000 surplus units will be constructed and entered the market.”

The Deputy Minister of Roads and Urban Development invited the general public to participate in the renovation of the worn-out structure and to benefit from the support of the government and municipalities during the renovation.

“Applicants for renovations in dilapidated areas can use the two possibilities of special urban regeneration facilities or facilities of the National Housing Movement plan,” Aini reminded.

He continued: “In total, about 50,000 units are under construction in the public renovation sector, which is supported by the government and the urban regeneration company, of which more than 20,000 units will be completed and put into operation during the government week and the Fajr decade this year.”
