The revenue and expenditure report of Tehran Municipality revived the hope of change for the people

According to the Fars correspondent, Seyed Ahmad Alavi, a member of the Tehran City Council, said in response to the report on the revenue and expenditure of the Tehran Municipality: “This report shows the role of creating hope and a clear answer to the question” ? » Which was raised from the beginning of our work.

He added: “The report showed that hope has been created and the new team has been able to achieve most of the things.” But there are a few things that need to be clarified.

Alavi pointed out: In the report, it was not clear how much of the expenses were allocated to the new programs and how much was allocated to the settlement of documents that were left from the previous city management.

He said that no matter how much credit can be spent on new urban management programs, people will feel the change, adding: “We are still weak in the real estate transfer debate. We had problems with the transfer of property.

A member of the sixth council of Tehran emphasized: the transfer of property is one of the financial resources that is intended for the budget and it should be considered immediately.

Emphasizing that this weakness should be solved with a new measure, he added: “In the case of document registration, which is an old problem, there is a gap between obligations and documents.” Now some of it is acceptable but not so much.

Alavi also said about concluding municipal contracts in projects: “Last year, I mentioned in a reminder that contracts need to be concluded quickly and work should start immediately after Eid, and the opportunity should not be missed.”

In the end, referring to the report of the Radio and Television of Iran on the situation of the chairman of the Tehran City Council, he did not consider this report appropriate and said: it is necessary to give a warning to friends.
