According to Mehr news agency, Sadegh Sattari Fard announced in a circular addressed to the general directors of education of the provinces: With regard to “the law amending the budget law of the year 1401 of the whole country and restoring the rights of national and military employees and retirees” No. 828-11-78258 Dated November 16, 1401, the Islamic Council, the rules for applying the law on the restoration of employees’ rights in the Ministry of Education are as follows.
1- Pursuant to paragraph 1 of the aforementioned law, 3000 points for employees subject to the law on the management of state services under the title “Repair of Salaries” are included in their employment orders. The amount resulting from the application of this increase is included subtraction It is retirement.
2- The allowance for family members and children of all different groups of salary earners will be increased by 50% and 100%, respectively.
3- The above-mentioned increases from the difference except for 1 paragraph A of Note 12 of the budget law of the year 1401 of the whole country, subject of paragraph 5 of Resolution No. 21487/ T 59826 e Dated May 15, 1401 Honorable Board of Ministers, attached According to Circular No. 11/710 dated 222 May this year (56,000,000 Rials) will not be deducted.
4- The said privilege is for people who, after the approval of this law, to employment are also applied.
5- Based on paragraph 9 of the aforementioned law, all teachers of the Mehr Afarin project are included in the teacher rating law approved on March 15, 1400, without re-examination.
6- The aforementioned increases, in addition to salary increases resulting from note 12 of article 1 of the budget law of the year 1401 of the whole country, will be applied from the first date of Mehr 1401.
7- In addition to the increases mentioned in paragraph (1), a maximum of fifteen percent (15%) to the professor in the note of paragraph (1) of the law as “extraordinary scientific leap based on performance” to the salary and continuous benefits of faculty members. non-clinical Universities and educational and research institutions affiliated to the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology and other executive bodies are added.
