The shortcomings of the plan to require the registration of real estate transactions must be addressed

According to Fars News Agency, Musa Ghazanfarabadi, the head of the Judiciary and Legal Commission of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, on the sidelines of last night’s “Ayar” program on Ofogh, said about the criticism of the plan to require official registration of real estate transactions: There is a problem with this plan if it is not resolved in the commission.

He added: this plan should be sent to the Guardian Council once and then it should be returned to the commission and the court should vote at the insistence of the commission.

The head of the Judiciary and Legal Commission of the Majles, referring to the previous opinion of the Guardian Council regarding this plan, stated: The Guardian Council is not against the plan to require the registration of real estate transactions, but has objections to this plan.
