According to Mehr news agency, quoted by the Ministry of Cooperation, Labor and Social Welfare, Seyyed Soult Mortazavi said in the ceremony of signing a multilateral memorandum on “Students’ free time by providing business training and career guidance according to the needs of the labor market in the form of a summer skill school” that the purpose of holding this meeting is to sign a memorandum to enrich the free time of students and survivors of education under the title ” The creative plan of the skill summer school.
He emphasized: This plan was proposed by the head of Imam Khomeini’s relief committee (RA) and after the necessary investigations, it was approved by the Supreme Council of Employment.
The Minister of Cooperation, Labor and Social Welfare continued: The President considers one of the problems of entrepreneurs to be the lack of creative and skilled labor, and on the other hand, the issue of unemployment is considered one of the problems of the labor market.
Mortazavi also added: We must move from theoretical educational guidance to combining theoretical and practical educational guidance.
He believes that brief studies show less skilled creative youth unemployment. The lack of skill training and specialized needs assessment is one of the important issues in the field of employment and skills.

In the continuation of this meeting, the Minister of Education Rezamarad Sahrai said: We will follow the skill approach at the level of the programs of the Ministry of Education.

Sahrai said: One of the dimensions of our lesson plans in education is skill.
The Minister of Education continued: With proper planning and in accordance with capacities, we must provide employment through education and turn it into a corridor to enter the labor market.
Sahrai added: We must facilitate the entry of students into the labor market in three stages: acquiring knowledge, converting knowledge into knowledge, and the other stage of converting it into skill knowledge.
He also explained: Converting knowledge into application requires a tool that we should aim to provide.
The Minister of Education said: There is a gap in training in the education system, and training is actually a field of skill.
