According to the report of Fars news agency’s education reporter, Mahmoud Amani Tehrani, Secretary General of the Supreme Council of Education, said in a gathering of reporters: “The fundamental transformation document must be examined and analyzed from different dimensions.” One aspect is the implementation of the transformation document, which is one of the concerns.

He continued: Another dimension is the restoration and amendment of the transformation document, which is proposed to be amended every 5 years. This issue started in 1400 and is ongoing.

Amani Tehrani added: “The document of the fundamental transformation in the field of school and the events inside the school has been expected, what effects did it have and what measures have been taken for it?” The school dimension of the document is mentioned in the fourth chapter of the document of transformation.

He added: 3 phases are planned for the restoration of the document; The first phase is study and research from the seven sources; The second phase is to apply the propositions in the text of the document, and the third phase is review and approval; Now we are in the second phase, the reason why the restoration has taken so long is because it took some time to sign the contracts for this work and it took time to collect information and conduct research.

The Secretary General of the Supreme Council of Education said: It is expected that with the arrival of the document, special events and revolutionary changes will take place. We wrote the document to see what work has been neglected and what work needs to be done. For example, the recruitment of human resources during the past years has not been completely based on documents.

He continued: We include many of the findings of the sub-systems of the transformation document in the fundamental transformation document itself.

Amani Tehrani added: In general, in the educational system, we don’t have financial possibilities, manpower and equipment. Today, we have many problems in school physics, we have many shortages in high-standard equipment and manpower during the working hours of schools.

He added: Accumulated deficiencies make us not fully successful in the realization of the document, and a national decision should be made to compensate for the deficiencies of the country’s education system.

The Secretary General of the Supreme Council of Education and Culture said: The concept of a single consensus has not been formed during the last 10 years regarding the implementation of the transformation document, and there is little managerial consolidation in education. It is not possible to form the opinion of the unit regarding the implementation and it has not led to the discourse of the national unit.

Regarding the selection of experts to exchange information, he said: We moved forward with the snowball method. We started with 7 names and reached 36 people. All these came from the point of view of criticism.

Ranaei, the deputy of the Supreme Council of Education, also explained about how to conduct investigations to restore the transformation document, and stated: We held a meeting with the former ministers and deputy ministers of education of different periods, about the challenges that the transformation document is facing.

Stating that he exchanged opinions with 36 experts, he said: 3 big questions were raised about the transformation document, including “What challenges did it have at the time of approval that were not paid attention to?”, “What challenges have there been during these 10 years?” ?’ And “What challenges will education face in the future?”

Rana’i added: We made 70 propositions, and we had 265 opinions.

He added: The field of supervision is foreseen at three levels, which is the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution, the Supreme Council of Education and the Ministry of Education, which supervises education and the index of executive operations.

Dorandish, the deputy of the Supreme Council of Education, said in this meeting: the Secretariat of the Supreme Council of Education is examining all kinds of indicators that exist in the education system; At the next level, there are indicators related to the transformation document subsystems; We started meetings to consider indicators.

He added: We are also planning indicators at the school level in order to have access to them.
