The Supreme Court and the Assembly should determine the green leaf of the car

According to Fars News Agency judicial correspondent, Shahram Hassanzadeh, Director General of Legal Entities of the Document Registration Organization, in an interview with Khabar Network regarding the latest status of issuing green car certificates and non-implementation of the latest decision of the Administrative Justice Court regarding issuing car power of attorney, said: The Court of Administrative Justice was not a law and was only a general assembly decision on power of attorney.

He added: “After the issuance of the notification by the Attorney General, an inquiry was requested from the Islamic Consultative Assembly, the answer to which has not been received yet.”

Hassanzadeh in response to the question that when the green leaf of the car is enough, why some offices do not issue power of attorney related to the green leaf? He said: “Kard Sabz Khodro does not have the validity of an official document, some judges and prosecutors also issue invalid votes and, of course, some issue verdicts related to its validity.”

He continued: the cases of citation of this issue have been inquired as a law and the Speaker of the Islamic Consultative Assembly has referred this issue to a special commission for investigation. The Supreme Court is also examining the matter.

The Director General of Legal Entities of the Registry of Deeds, stating that the green leaf is not considered a contract, said: The green leaf is not issued by the NAJA, but a dissolved company does it.

Regarding the refusal of the registrars to issue a power of attorney related to the green leaf, Hassanzadeh also said: We are also the Islamic Consultative Assembly.
