According to Mehr News Agency, citing the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare, the Acting Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare announced the increase in the salaries of retirees of other levels, according to the resolution of the Supreme Labor Council, i.e. 38% plus a fixed amount of 515,166 Tomans. He said: The salary increase and the revised rulings of the pensioners have been applied since September and the increase will be paid to the pensioners according to the ceiling approved by the Supreme Labor Council and the Board of Directors of the Social Security Organization.
Mohammad Hadi Zahediwafa announced the details of the government’s decision to revise the salary increase of Social Security Organization pensioners in 1401 at the meeting of the Supreme Council of Social Security Pensioners in Bandar Anzali.
By announcing that the revised decrees will be applied from September and the increase will be paid to the retirees in accordance with the approval of the Supreme Labor Council and the Board of Directors of the Social Security Organization, Zahediova said: “The government wanted a new decision to be made in the Social Security Organization in this regard, and that’s why.” He entrusted the direction of the work to the ministers who are members of the Board of Trustees of the Social Security Organization.
He clarified: The government has plans for other classes and to improve the living conditions of these people.
Acting Ministry of Cooperation, Labor and Social Welfare, referring to the government’s budget limitation this year, said: Therefore, for every decision that the ministers of the Social Security Organization’s Board of Trustees had to take, detailed expert work was needed, so that finally we were able to reach the limit of what is stated in Article 96. We have come to apply the Social Security Law, which was approved by the Supreme Labor Council and the Social Security Board.
Zahedi Wafa announced: the amended rulings on this basis will be effective in the personal file of social security pensioners from September.
Referring to the other program of this ministry regarding retirees, the Acting Minister of Labor said: In addition, we ask for help from social security retirees to establish an investment company in every province for the development of the country, and the priority of underwriting in that investment company is retirees and then workers. It is expected that Refah Bank will provide the initial investment for the core of this company, and our retirees, workers, and employees can buy its shares at once and in installments.
The Ministry of Labor establishes land and building funds
He stated that it is our serious duty to make sure that retirees and workers have a house by the end of this government, adding: In every province, we are working to establish land and building funds according to Article 5 of the Housing Production Jump Law, and retirees can buy shares. Those funds can be purchased by facilitating methods and then by increasing capital, they can convert their shares into housing, and this is a contribution to the national housing project, which is based on the memorandum of understanding between the Ministry of Labor, Cooperative and Social Welfare and the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development.
The Ministry of Cooperation undertook the construction of 500,000 residential units
Acting Ministry of Labor stated that in our memorandum with the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, we committed to provide 500,000 residential units. There are active contractors in this field, so if there is a synergy between the devices and the layers, the cost of this work will be less for us, and this will make people without housing become housewives in this mechanism or if they are housewives, they will get a house for their children.
He stated that in this field we are using the 30-year experience of social security retirees and these investment companies are supposed to be managed in a cooperative manner, he said: We have a duty according to the law to expand the cooperative sector and these cooperative companies are under the supervision of the authorities of each province. It should be formed and the governors should monitor the management quality of these cooperatives, and resources should not be injected from the center to the provinces, but the provinces themselves should be able to be productive in the field of investment.

He stated that if the government wants to offer shares from the sale of its properties and properties, its priority will be the retirees and workers, and continued: these assets will definitely have the status of intergenerational assets and should remain for the children of the retirees, and for this reason To preserve these assets in cooperative funds, it is necessary for all retired friends to participate and cooperate with us in all provinces. Therefore, in the management of cooperatives and funds, the government should not be on one side of the table and the retirees on the other side, but we should all participate in the management of development and investment programs around the same table.
Zahidivafa stated: According to the recommendations of the school of Islam, we should always respect the dignity of elders and this issue should show itself in practice, therefore, in many cases, I wanted to use the word “veteran” instead of the word “retired” for dear retirees.
